About the Position
As a caster (m/f/d), you are a valuable member of our production team and contribute directly to the quality of our products with your technical understanding and careful working methods. Together with your team, you ensure that production runs smoothly and that our high standards regarding safety, quality, and efficiency are always met.
What You Can Achieve
Casting of bushings as well as molding and unpacking of coil bodies
Operating and monitoring the casting resin system including preparation and follow-up
Documenting production and process values
Fixing minor malfunctions and assisting with maintenance and repair work
Performing quality checks on manufactured products
Complying with all safety, quality, and environmental regulations
Actively participating in improvements of processes and workflows
What You Bring
Strong safety and quality awareness
Basic technical understanding and interest in production processes
Completed technical training or further education (e.g., plant operator) is an advantage
Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
Good German language skills (at least B1)
Experience with pallet trucks, cranes, or lifting platforms is an advantage
