where you- take responsibility for the respective shift (opening or closing the store, dividing tasks within the team, setting breaks)
- take on the professional leadership of the baristas in your shift
- are responsible for various administrative tasks such as triggering orders or checking deliveries
- are responsible for correct cash register accounting
- offer all customers high-quality drinks and products while adhering to all recipe, presentation, health, safety, and cleanliness standards
- provide all customers with legendary service and build a connection with them at the first encounter
- approach all our customers with clear and pleasant communication and respond to their needs
- ensure a clean and organized workplace and store
- can work flexibly and are ready to take on many different tasks in the store during each shift
- help train new partners, positively recognize their outstanding performance, and offer empowering coaching
