Your missions
Main missions:
Transmit to the field teams, via the team leader, the objectives, decisions, and information coming from management.- Organize the service and plan the workload of the office teams.
- Provide support to the team leader for transversal or technical issues.
- Consolidate information from the field and report it to management.
- Ensure the follow-up and control of offers sent to clients.
- Actively participate in COOP / Migros meetings.
- Carry out financial follow-up and controls related to the activity.
- Conduct safety visits on site.
- Responsibilities:
- Carry and embody the vision of management.
- Organize and coordinate the activity.
- Play a transversal support role and serve as an interface between the field and management.
- Be a key player in financial management.
- Promote and commit to the safety culture.
Your profile
- Solid experience in management and coordination of field and administrative teams.
- In-depth mastery of commercial refrigeration, with a technical and operational vision.
- Proven ability to plan, organize, and manage the activity, ensuring the transmission of management objectives.
- Proven skills in financial follow-up and offer control.
- Recognized leadership, sense of responsibility, and strong commitment to safety and quality.
