The northern Vaud region, Broye, is developing and we are looking to recruit a Construction Project Manager in general contracting.

Responsibilities:

Management of new construction projects in GC, ET
Client relationship, progress monitoring, financial tracking.
Management and supervision of TCE site management teams.
Coordination of support teams and subcontractors.

You bring:

Leadership (providing vision and direction).
Management (work organization, knowing how to delegate and develop the team’s skills).
A professional network specific to the canton of Valais.
Management (implementation and application of processes, document quality, traceability).
Comfort with IT tools (especially Excel).
Interpersonal skills (clients, companies, collaborators, management).
Basic construction reflexes (change sheets, clear feedback to the client, contracts, etc.).
Flexibility, synthesis ability, delegation, and task prioritization.
