As an independent insurance broker, we advise and support companies on occupational benefits topics (BVG, KTG, UVG, UVGZ). Together, we want to responsibly and independently accompany and provide long-term support to our customers.
For our motivated and well-coordinated team, we are looking for a new employee in the support area. You can expect a great corporate culture and very good development opportunities. In the Occupational Benefits Broker Support team, you support your colleagues in sales with sales activities and the processing of insurance contracts. In addition, you advise companies in their start-up phase – the perfect entry into the consulting world.
Your tasks
- Support customer advisors for occupational benefits in all business cases
- Consult customers in the start-up phase
- Respond to oral and written inquiries from customers, providers, and internal departments
- Prepare correspondence, offers, tenders, evaluations, and presentations
- Manage mandate administration, control and process provider billing, and prepare customer invoices
- Handle daily administrative tasks
- Participate in internal working groups and projects
- English skills are an advantage
Your profile
- Completed commercial basic training (banking or insurance is an advantage)
- Passed intermediary exam (VBV) or certified financial advisor IAF
- At least two years of experience in BVG and collective insurance
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Independent, responsible, and quality-conscious working style
- Flexible and team-oriented personality
