What your impact will be like:
A Product Specialist at Exeon Analytics would act as a key liaison between technical product teams, sales, and customers—focusing on deep product expertise, technical enablement, and market insight for Exeon’s AI-powered NDR and UEBA platform. The specialist supports commercial and technical objectives related to the Exeon products and supports the Product Management Team in prioritizing the product roadmap.
-
Overall responsibility and accountability for technical sales demos of Exeon products towards partners and customers, including:
-
Provide in-depth knowledge of Exeon products to internal teams, partners, and customers, enabling sales and channel and presales staff with tailored product demonstrations, presentations, and use-case development.
-
Develop advanced technical sales assets (e.g., detailed datasheets, technical presentations, demo videos) and assist in positioning Exeon’s solutions within customer and partner environments, supporting go-to-market efforts.
-
Deliver technical product demos and support trade fair appearances, speeches, and stakeholder training sessions to increase product adoption and customer satisfaction.
-
-
Conduct competitor and technology analysis, help communicate Exeon’s differentiators, and translate feedback into actionable documentation for sales teams and product owners.
-
Take ownership for gathering, analyzing and communicating market feedback, user requirements, and competitive intelligence to product owners and marketing teams to inform potential improvements in product offerings.
-
Collaborate with product management, engineering, and marketing teams to foster cross-functional alignment and drive customer-centric product roadmaps—without direct decision-making power on feature selection.

This role is ideal for technically proficient professionals with strong communication, customer interaction, and analytical capabilities who can bridge the gap between business, sales, and product development teams at a cybersecurity vendor.
-
At least five years of experience in cybersecurity, with a portion of that experience specifically focused on detection technologies (such as SIEM, EDR, NDR, or IDS).
-
Previous experience in technical sales delivery, solution design or training delivery
-
