Main responsibilities:
- Supervision and management of all financial operations of the Hospital to ensure optimal financial performance.
- Development and implementation of financial and budgetary strategies aimed at supporting the growth and stability of the organization.
- Monitoring of analytical accounting and cost calculation by cost center, including by patient or other relevant criteria.
- Close collaboration with management to provide financial advice and participate in strategic decision-making.
- Management of relationships with financial partners, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
- Preparation of accurate and timely financial reports to support the organization's strategic planning.
- Ensuring monitoring of the service contract (CP), particularly adjustments related to legal changes and compliance with partner deadlines (State, umbrella organizations, etc.).
Required skills and qualifications:
- University degree in finance, accounting, or a similar field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar financial management position.
- Excellent mastery of accounting principles and modern financial software.
- Excellent knowledge of the healthcare sector and REKOLE standards.
- Financial knowledge in real estate.
- Proven ability to effectively manage teams and develop innovative financial strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly and concisely.
