What you will do here
- Conduct laboratory tests in the fields of road construction, geotechnics, and building materials
- Support scientific work
- Assist in the mechanical workshop and the introduction of new processes
- Take responsibility for the maintenance and functionality of the equipment
- Support students and lecturers in the preparation and execution of exercises and project work
The Road Construction Materials Laboratory will be located in Biel from mid-2026. For this reason, the position is initially limited to two years.
What you ideally bring with you
- Skilled worker with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ) in construction with experience in the construction industry
- High flexibility as well as independent and structured working methods
- Enjoy working with different people
- Organizational talent as well as the ability to respond to a wide variety of people, situations, and demands and to prioritize correctly
- German with good knowledge of a second foreign language
