As a specialist in management systems with a focus on process management, you coordinate project-like initiatives in quality and process management, taking into account compliance and risk management aspects.
What you achieve
- You lead project-like initiatives to further develop the Integrated Management System (IMS) and its processes
- You analyze and optimize process interfaces as well as cross-departmental workflows in a risk-oriented manner.
- You support process owners, process specialists, process users, and management system representatives in systematically improving their processes.
- You identify improvement potentials in the overall system and initiate corresponding measures.
- You coordinate and accompany the continuous development of our integrated management system (IMS) in change projects and initiatives.
- You ensure that cross-functional processes are designed consistently and effectively.
- You work closely with lean management experts and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- You actively advance company-wide exchange on best practices in process and risk management.
- You use and maintain the tools ConSense/IMS and SAP/Signavio for documentation, analysis, and further development of processes
- You ensure high customer satisfaction and show enthusiasm for your actions
What you bring
- Completion of a higher business administration education
- Experience in implementing project-like initiatives in the areas of quality, process, compliance, and risk management
- Ability to coordinate and manage cross-departmental projects
- Strong analytical and strategic competence to design complex process landscapes
- Knowledge in the application and further development of integrated management systems
- Solid knowledge in modeling with BPMN as well as practical experience with the process modeling tools ConSense/IMS and SAP/Signavio
- Strong communication skills and moderation competence in interdisciplinary teams Communication in German and French
