Head of Nursing Development

• you provide professional advice to nursing staff in complex patient situations and take on parts of direct care if needed
• you share responsibility for the further development of evidence-based, person-centered, and outcome-oriented nursing practice; in doing so, you monitor the quality of care and work processes and actively engage in quality assurance with a focus on patient safety
• you develop and implement evidence-based nursing concepts and guidelines and contribute your expertise to internal and external professional committees
• you plan, organize, and accompany the continuing education program for nursing staff
• as a member of the Shared Governance team, you take on professional leadership in nursing and lead the responsible nursing specialists

• you have a Master of Science in Nursing (MScN) or an equivalent further education
• you have already gained some leadership experience
• you bring experience in project management, change processes, and conducting continuing education events
• you are an entrepreneurial-thinking, flexible, and service-oriented person
• challenging situations do not throw you off course and you achieve set goals with diplomacy, commitment, and a positive attitude
