Operator – Location: Visp

As a Operator Solid Group Mono Plants at Arxada in Visp, you make a decisive contribution to the company's success. You bring in your know-how to advance our innovative solutions, optimize processes, or open up new markets – depending on the area of expertise. In this role, you are an important part of our continuously growing company, which focuses on high-performance specialty chemicals.

Main tasks:

• As a shift worker in the mono plants in Visp, you work alternately in the control room as well as in the plants of a production department with several plants (gas plants)

• In the control room, you monitor production, check and analyze process parameters, detect and resolve malfunctions, and safely start up and shut down the continuous production plants according to specifications

• In the plant, you work flexibly in the assigned plants on site and assist with changeover and maintenance work

• Working with the computer (Outlook, Excel, Word, SAP as well as process control systems) rounds off your range of activities
   

Qualifications and experience:

• High commitment to strengthening the safety culture

• You are willing to work shifts (including night shifts and weekends; 4-shift model)

• Experience as an operator in chemical production or service companies and handling process control systems is advantageous / career changers are welcome

• You are interested and willing to learn new technologies and continuously further your education

• Furthermore, you work independently and reliably, are committed, resilient, and team-oriented

• You strive to ensure a high safety and quality standard according to requirements
