WHAT DOES OUR TRAINING PROGRAM CONSIST OF?
Our program offers quality training in leadership, store management, and operations, combined with practical experience and theoretical knowledge.
As a rule, you work and learn closely with other trainees and your mentor.
- Five one-week modules: theoretical knowledge, case studies and role plays, group work, team building, and plenary discussions.
- Between modules, you will be trained on the job with an assigned Store Manager Mentor and receive coaching.
- Once the modules are completed, a party awaits you to celebrate the end of the program.
The ultimate goal of the Store Manager Trainee program is to prepare you to manage your own store in the near future.
