The Riviera-Chablais Hospital, Vaud-Valais (HRC), an intercantonal hospital, employs more than 2,000 collaborators, mainly within the Rennaz Hospital Center equipped with more than 300 acute care beds. The HRC also manages two Geriatrics and Rehabilitation Clinics, as well as two medical on-call services in Monthey and Vevey.

To support the General Director and join the general secretariat service, we are looking for a·e :
Executive∙ Assistant at 60%-80%
The main responsibilities of this position are
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail/emails of the General Director (prioritization, anticipation of treatment proposals, archiving).
- Manage the General Director's agenda taking into account priorities and collaborating with the assistant responsible for the centralized management of the agendas of the governing body members.
- Propose meeting agendas and, at the request of the General Director, participate to take minutes and ensure follow-up.
- Prepare proactively and in advance the necessary documentation for the General Director's meetings.
- Work independently on the preparation and follow-up of specific files (for example: administrative follow-up of risk management).
We require
- A diploma as an executive assistant or an equivalent qualification
- A developed sense of organization and coordination skills
- Ability to identify priorities
- High level of initiative and ability to work under pressure
- Perfect mastery of office tools
- Perfect command of French, both spoken and written
