Team Leader Patient Administration (80 - 100 %) 80 - 100%

For our two hospital locations Leuggern and Menziken, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed personality as

• Professional and personnel management of 6 employees and 2 trainees at the Menziken and Leuggern locations
• Responsibility for the correct, complete and timely billing of all inpatient and outpatient services provided by the acute hospital as well as the two affiliated nursing homes
• Contact person for professional and tariff-related inquiries from internal and external parties
• Support in handling complaints, payment receipt control and dunning
• Setup and maintenance of the billing program SAP/IS-H as well as Ibicare in the area of service recording
• Optimization and implementation of internal departmental and cross-departmental projects and processes at both locations

• Commercial basic education and professional experience in a comparable leadership function in healthcare
• Knowledge of tariffs, especially Tarmed/Tardoc, as well as experience in outpatient and inpatient billing
• Good user knowledge of MS Office, SAP knowledge is an advantage
• High organizational and team skills as well as service and customer orientation
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
• Flexible willingness to work at both locations
