Project Manager

Your main missions will be the following:

• Coordinate the teaching of family medicine and interprofessionality within the DMF; 
• Lead development projects related to these teachings: analyze needs, define objectives, and develop an action plan to achieve them within the given deadlines; 
• Systematically and structurally implement the evaluation of the teachings provided by the DMF; 
• Participate in the teaching of interprofessionality to medical students at the University of Lausanne; 
• Ensure the management and follow-up of administrative aspects related to teaching in family medicine and interprofessionality; 
• Work closely with the DMF teaching team and maintain close links with our partners and other training institutions (e.g., FBM, CHUV, HESAV, La Source School of Health).

Your assets:

• Holder of a diploma in the health field; 
• Training and experience in project management in the field of primary care education; 
• Additional training such as a Master’s degree or equivalent in health would be an asset; 
• Strong skills in medical pedagogy and proven teaching experience; 
• Practical experience in primary care and/or general medicine; 
• Fluency in French and good knowledge of English; 
• Strong interest in interprofessional work in health; 
• Autonomy, rigor, organizational skills, and ability to work in a team; 
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
