What awaits you
You are the person who not only manages our specialized applications (including primary school) but truly lives them: You have 1st and 2nd level support under control, train users, analyze needs, manage releases, maintain requirements, coordinate suppliers, and ensure that new applications are successfully integrated. In short: When something digital is stuck somewhere, you are the calm mind in the background – and support ICT support if needed.

What you bring

• Degree as an IT specialist EFZ or comparable education
• Experience in application management, ICT support, and project work
• Flair for requirements engineering
• Knowledge of M365, CMI, Primedocs or the motivation to acquire it
• Enjoyment in contact with people and a service-oriented working style
