To strengthen our team, we are looking for you: a committed, service-oriented, and skilled personality as Workshop Manager / Certified Bike Mechanic at Thömus AG.
Your tasks – You make a difference:
- You lead the workshop and are responsible for your small team.
- You enjoy sharing your knowledge and training apprentices.
- You perform service, repair, and maintenance work on customer bikes.
- You work independently and customer-oriented.
- You skillfully meet customer wishes as a service provider and keep an overview even in hectic situations.
- You record, coordinate, and process orders routinely using our digital tools.
- You share our commitment to providing the perfect bike for every customer – technically flawless and individually tailored.
- You have a flair for sales and enjoy customer contact.
Your profile – what you bring:
- You have completed training as a Certified Bike Mechanic or an equivalent qualification.
- You have completed the trainer course or are willing to do so.
- You share our interest in bicycles and enjoy riding yourself.
- You have a strong interest in technology and are committed to the further development of Thömus bikes.
- You work independently, carefully, and flexibly – even when things get hectic, you keep an overview and pitch in.
- Teamwork, reliability, and a common goal are natural to you – you are motivated to advance yourself and the team.
