As a Lean Project Manager / Lean Expert, you take responsibility for lean, change, and industrialization projects in the production environment. You drive improvement initiatives directly on the shop floor, lead interdisciplinary teams, and ensure sustainable implementation along the value chain.

Your new tasks

• Independent management of demanding lean projects with a focus on results
• Derivation and execution of complex value stream optimizations
• Active promotion of continuous improvements in the organization
• Design and support of change management processes
• Further development of the lean culture in the factory

Your talents and experience

• Completed studies with a technical and/or economic focus
• Solid knowledge in lean management and industrialization, ideally with additional qualification (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt)
• Several years of experience as a project manager in an industrial environment as well as proven experience in change management, with demonstrable impact through projects
• Very good methodological competence in value stream design, continuous improvement process (CIP), and process optimization
• Experience in projects with digitization/automation is an advantage
• Analytical, structured, and impact-oriented working style with strategic thinking as well as the ambition to actively shape topics at a senior level and achieve sustainable impact
• Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
