In the heart of the Freiamt, the Bifang Residential and Care Center offers 114 residents an individual living, care, and support service. «Together in appreciation and respect» - this motto shapes our everyday life and also makes us special as an employer. We are looking for reinforcement – are you our new team member?

Our night watch team cares for and looks after all residents on all wards during the night. We are now looking for a leader who will take over the management of a care team, ensure structured and safe processes, and actively participate in daily care work.

• Leadership, promotion, and development of the night watch team
• Duty roster planning
• Participation in direct care to maintain closeness to the team and everyday life

Your profile – as diverse as our everyday life

• Certified nursing professional HF/FH
• Leadership experience or ongoing/completed leadership training is an advantage
• Organizational strength and the ability to structure complexity across multiple departments
• Strong communication skills, resilience, and an appreciative manner
