You can look forward to these tasks
- Coordination, management, and control of advertising material production (print and online)
- Recording and ensuring approvals of promotional advertising materials in SAP
- Support in the development and coordination of various advertising materials in collaboration with internal and external partners
- Ensuring advertising schedule processes
- Responsible for maintaining various databases
- Support in sponsorship management
- Close cooperation with various internal specialist departments
- Contact with agencies, suppliers, and sales outlets
- Support the team with projects

- Completed commercial basic training
- Very good conceptual skills in dealing with various advertising activities
- Very good user knowledge of MS Office, knowledge of SAP is an advantage
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, French skills are an advantage
- Quick comprehension, independent and careful working style
- Enjoyment of organizational tasks as well as a high sense of responsibility
