We are looking for technically inclined Sales Managers (m/f/d) for Key Account corporate customers in the Hamburg metropolitan area for the direct sales of our premium products in the field of building/civil/structural engineering.Do you want to inspire your customers and be responsible for your own success? What are your tasks?
As a Sales Manager (m/f/d) for Key Account corporate customers in the field of building/civil/structural engineering, you will be on the road five days a week to inspire your customers. You will meet them at their respective locations - whether on construction sites, in workshops, or offices. You work as a consultant (m/f/d) and salesperson (m/f/d) in a very practice-oriented environment with our top 15 corporate customers in construction. You proactively demonstrate and sell the relevant Hilti products on site, sell services, and support solution sales through your competent advice. You work with our internal planning team for fastening technology. In addition, you are responsible for the strategic management of your sales area and also accompany machining BIM projects as well as the use of our drilling robotics. You plan and organize your daily work independently.Classic cold calling does not exist with us. Your core task is to take care of your existing regional customer base and thus intensively maintain and deepen our partnership relationships.
What you bring:
- Technical understanding
- Sales experience in technical field service or marketing with complex products
- High degree of self-motivation and result orientation
- High commitment, driving license
- Theoretical knowledge in the field of building envelope ideally through a successfully completed degree in construction technology & civil engineering or training as a state-certified technician, specializing in structural engineering, building construction, mechanical engineering, supply engineering, or plant engineering
- Initial experience with BIM and TGA desirable
- Initial experience in designing and living contract management
- Professional experience in construction with a focus on building/civil/structural engineering
