We are a company engaged in garden maintenance and landscaping based in Hegnau-Volketswil ZH. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a landscape gardener (m/f) 100% immediately or by arrangement. Are you a qualified gardener EFZ, EBA, or do you have green or gray experience from the garden? Then we are looking for you as reinforcement for our team. Who we areWhat we offer* A workshop including office in Hegnau ZH - Young and dynamic team - A team of about 20 employees - Varied activities - Two young, innovative construction managers as supervisors - Competencies (material orders after consultation with the construction manager, optimization of care plans for existing garden facilities) - In GREEN* Further development (training) - Lawn, perennial, and shrub care - Participation in operational decision-making processes - Ecological handling of plant protection products - Assigned magazine for machines and equipment and fertilizers * Assigned vehicle and machines from a modern - In GRAY machine park - Creating and renovating garden facilities What we expect from you* Creating and renovating playgrounds - Driving license category B is mandatory (BE is an advantage) - For the next generation* Apprenticeship as a landscape gardener EFZ, gardener EBA - Guiding and supporting apprentices (EFZ/EBA) or several years of experience in gardening/maintenance - Active participation as a practical vocational trainer * Team player, independence - Guiding and supporting career changers - Interested in further development (e.g. training to become a gardener FA or tree climbing with the construction manager and department head as direct supervisors long rope technique)* Professional leadership of 2-3 employees - Admission and experience in operating construction equipment (mini excavators, dumpers, etc.) - Assisting in offer recordings Interested?
