Your Field of Activity

You lead the intervention team with 8 employees, including recruitment as well as good introduction and support of employees
You ensure the operational readiness of the Furka Base Tunnel intervention team according to the approved concepts (operational, rescue, and deployment concept)
You are responsible for leading operations and exercises of the Furka Base Tunnel intervention
You coordinate the deployment planning and the assignment of employees and are responsible for data maintenance in RailOpt
You and your team assist with car loading Furka on peak days, provide on-call service, and show a high level of commitment in case of an incident
You promote constructive and productive collaboration within the team and further develop the employees accordingly

Your Profile

You have completed vocational training with relevant experience and further education
You have solid expertise and leadership experience or experience as a senior member in the fire department
You bring enthusiasm for rescue services and have medical fitness including respiratory protection for fire service
You are characterized by high leadership and social competence, maintain a team-oriented leadership style, and develop your team as a coach
You are a flexible and resilient personality with a reliable working style and good communication skills
