To complete its team, following a departure, the Dean's Office of the Faculty of Law, Criminal Sciences and Public Administration (FDCA) is looking for a Finance and Human Resources Assistant.

Start date: 01.04.2026 or to be agreed
Contract duration: indefinite
Work rate: 80%
Workplace: Lausanne-Dorigny
Your activities
In your activities, you will be required to:
- Contribute to the management of the Faculty in the HR and Finance areas
- Independently ensure the financial management of the Faculty and supervise the financial management of the FDCA Schools/Institute
- Assume responsibility for HR processes for the entire Faculty, be the HR contact person for the Schools/Institute in their PAT (Administrative and Technical Personnel) recruitment policy
Your profile
To complete our team, we are looking for a person with the following profile:

Master's degree or equivalent experience
-
Experience in finance and HR fields
-
Experience in public sector operations, ideally in academic systems
-
Willingness to take on high responsibilities and to handle the associated mental workload

Rigor, listening skills, interpersonal skills, service orientation, and discretion
