Vocational school teacher for general education (ABU) 40 - 60%
The ZAG, Center for Training in Healthcare, offers training and further education at various educational levels (vocational basic education, higher vocational education, and career-oriented continuing education). With around 3,400 learners and students and 240 employees, it is one of the largest training centers in Switzerland for healthcare professions.
Due to increasing numbers of learners, we are looking for YOU to start the 2026/2027 school year
(August 17, 2026).
Your tasks
- You teach general education in basic education in the programs Health Specialist EFZ (FaGe EFZ), Dental Assistant EFZ (DA EFZ), and Assistant Health and Social Care EBA (AGS EBA)
Your profile
- Completed teaching diploma for general education at vocational schools or equivalent studies at a pedagogical university of applied sciences, close to completion
- Teaching experience at secondary level II in general education, preferably in healthcare professions
- Enjoy working with adolescents and young adults in diverse classes
- Resilient, team-oriented, and open personality
- Very good IT skills and familiar with new media
