This is your field of activity
As the daily person in charge, you clarify the care needs according to InterRAI Homecare and ensure optimal care, treatment, and advice for our clients as case management. You carry out medically prescribed measures and regularly review the care process. With your organizational talent, you are the interface in interprofessional collaboration.

You have completed training as a certified nursing specialist HF.
You have already gained professional experience or are motivated to re-enter the professional world.
You have a forward-looking, structured, and independent working style and like to take responsibility.
You enjoy performing medical-technical measures or are willing to refresh your professional knowledge.
Reliable and team-oriented work as well as flexibility characterize you.

You have solid knowledge in handling PC and smartphone.
