• You develop and implement projects in the field of vocational training
• You prepare learning content didactically and methodically and help design educational offerings
• You plan, organize, and moderate workshops and specialized courses
• You support the evaluation and quality assurance of educational projects
• You contribute your ideas to the further development of formats for promoting young talent within the SV Group

• Enthusiasm for vocational training and a strong affinity for promoting young talent
• Experience in project work and in developing educational content
• Solid didactic-methodical knowledge
• Practical experience in conducting workshops, trainings, or specialized courses
• Know-how in the hospitality industry or a good understanding of the industry-specific requirements
• An independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Team spirit, strong communication skills, and joy in innovation
• Training or studies in the field of vocational training, pedagogy, or adult education
• Confident handling of digital tools and platforms
• Good French and English skills, both spoken and written
