To complement our team, we are looking for an immediate or agreed upon start for a

Nursing Specialist HF/FH/DNII with a Focus on Psychiatry 40%-80%

Your Tasks

• Care and counseling of psychiatric clients at home in the municipalities of Bolligen and Ittigen
• Conducting needs assessments
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with social services, doctors, and other institutions, as well as with internally involved employees
• Support and guidance of relatives
• Supporting and coaching delegated employees in the care of people with psychiatric illnesses
• Active participation in the open-minded interdisciplinary team in Ittigen

You Bring

• Basic training in psychiatric nursing (PsyKP) or health and nursing diploma level II (DNII) psychiatry
• At least 2 years of experience in acute, social psychiatry, or psychogeriatrics
• Willingness to take responsibility, coordination skills, and independence
• Experience with handling IT
• Good verbal and written communication skills in German
• Teamwork skills, high self- and social competence
• Driver's license category B and own vehicle
