The Castel Notre-Dame Foundation is a medico-social establishment housing 104 residents and firmly applying support based on human values

Your mission:

• Ensure comprehensive and individualized care for residents in a living environment context
• Participate in their support in collaboration with all services and staff in the spirit of the establishment's philosophy and Montessori principles for seniors
• Apply clinical principles and methods
• Plan and provide quality care in the field of geriatrics and psychogeriatrics and keep care records up to date
• Establish a quality and trusting relationship with the resident

Your profile:

• Recognized nursing diploma
• Experience in geriatric and/or psychogeriatric settings
• Dynamic, autonomous, able to work in a team
• Initiative, analytical and synthesis skills
• Organizational and team management skills
• Stress resistance and proven sensitivity to relational aspects
• Comfortable with computer tools
