Team Leader in RAD (Senior Physician) 80 - 100 %

The Regional Medical Service (RAD) Central Switzerland is a competence center for insurance medicine, which conducts its own examinations and consultation interviews and prepares independent insurance medical assessments for the IV offices of the cantons LU, NW, OW, SZ, UR, and ZG. A vacant position as team leader is to be filled by agreement.

• You lead an insurance medical and personnel team of around 12-15 physicians.
• You actively manage your own insured portfolio to a corresponding extent.
• You are responsible for implementing processes within the team and their continuous optimization as well as for achieving team goals.
• You contribute interdisciplinarily to the implementation of the company strategy and the continuous optimization of interfaces.
• You participate in project meetings, sometimes lead them yourself, and ensure appropriate information flow within the team.
• You continuously review processes, quality, and goal achievement.
• Your participation in RAD, RAD management, and executive meetings is also part of your responsibilities.
• You network your team and the various departments with enthusiasm and a future-oriented approach.

• You hold a specialist medical title recognized in Switzerland and have specific professional experience in this field.
• You already have leadership experience and leadership training or are willing to complete such training.
• You have a strong interest in insurance medical and social insurance law issues.
• You have a solution-oriented working style and find it easy to make decisions.
• You enjoy close collaboration at the interfaces within the social insurance system.
• You are a communicative person who values personal exchange.
