The KZU, with its two in-house daycare centers, operates two care centers in Bassersdorf and Embrach, as well as three care apartments in Nürensdorf and Winkel. It primarily provides a home for older, care-dependent individuals and offers a wide range of outpatient services alongside various specialized offerings. The KZU employs around 600 staff, including 75 apprentices and students in 17 different professional groups.
