Professional Tasks and Responsibilities
- Development of annual and long-term national business unit strategies
- Implementation and ensuring achievement of strategy through sales management
- Creation of the national business plan
- Cost, revenue, and personnel planning as well as achieving results
- Ensuring and compliance with sales processes and tools
- Regular team and employee meetings (including target agreements)
- Further development of sales processes in close cooperation with national and international colleagues
- Personnel and resource planning
- Final responsibility for achieving goals in all business areas
- Close coordination with Fronius International
Leadership Tasks and Responsibilities
- Professional and disciplinary responsibility for all organizationally assigned employees according to Fronius leadership principles
- Sales management and leadership of employees in all business areas
- Leadership and development of personnel (recruitment, training, annual reviews, etc.)
- Fundamental responsibility for occupational safety and health protection of your employees as well as environmental protection in your area of responsibility
- Implementation of tasks from the occupational safety management system
Requirements
- Training as an electronics technician or electrical installer (EFZ)
- Experience in technical sales as well as project management and team leadership
- Presentation and moderation techniques
- Completed commercial or technical training
- Communicative and representative appearance
- Entrepreneurial thinking, strategic action, and high customer orientation
- High willingness to travel (driver's license mandatory)
- Willingness for continuous further education
- Very good knowledge of German and English, spoken and written
- Basic knowledge of both French and Italian, spoken and written
