ICT Supporter (m/f/d)
As an ICT Supporter, you are the first point of contact for our employees regarding ICT questions and ensure the stable operation of the client infrastructure. You manage the 1st-level support and assist the 2nd-level support, take care of software/hardware/peripherals as well as the client management and software distribution solution, and actively support IT projects.
Your responsibilities include:
- Managing first-level and supporting second-level support
- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of client hardware, printer systems, and peripheral devices
- Managing the client management and software distribution solution Highsystem
- Organizing and conducting user training for optimal use of various IT applications
- Supporting and participating in IT projects
Your profile:
- Basic IT training or further education in the IT field
- Initial practical experience in IT support
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, good English skills, and additional languages are an advantage
- Willingness for on-call duty (outside office hours)
