Exciting tasks
- Responsibility for achieving lead potentials as well as qualitative and quantitative portfolio goals in the private and corporate customer business of the agency
- Responsibility for the overall process in the areas of customer acquisition and support in the agency area according to SWICA standards
- Responsibility for strategic sales planning in the agency area in cooperation with the head of the general agency, the regional manager private customer market, and the regional manager corporate market
- Responsibility for the best customer satisfaction in the agency area compared to the market
- In every respect, you offer a solution-oriented service with the goal of achieving the best customer satisfaction
- Responsible for the personnel and professional leadership, assessment, training, and promotion of employees
- Support and motivate the employees of the agency to pursue the demanding market goals together with them
You bring with you
- Completed commercial basic training or equivalent, supplemented by business and/or sales-specific further training, minimum HF level
- Several years of professional and leadership experience in a similar position, preferably in the health/social insurance industry or private insurance
- Convincing track record in selling health insurance or private insurance and you convince through your consulting quality and negotiation skills
- Insurance intermediary VBV, all-branch profile or willingness to complete this
- Residence in the area of activity and you actively maintain a broad network of relationships
- Distinct leadership qualities and the ability to inspire, motivate employees and achieve success together in a proven way
- Maintain existing contacts as well as structured building of a sustainable network in the agency area with a clear focus on continuous lead generation
- Winning personality with a confident appearance, high service orientation, and a pronounced customer focus
- Confident German in spoken and written form
