The tilia Foundation for Long-Term Care is the leading provider of complex long-term care in the Bern region. At five locations, we support people from the age of 18 who depend on care and support. Our offerings include inpatient long-term residential areas, specialized departments for people with dementia and respiratory diseases, as well as neurological and bariatric long-term care, complemented by outpatient services. Nursing Process Manager 60 – 100%
- holistic and process-oriented care and support of our residents
- main responsibility for the nursing process and case management in the residential area
- promotion and support of nursing staff regarding the nursing process
- ensuring the flawless use of RAI/RUG
- implementation of the nursing process and participation in direct care
- passion for long-term care and joy in shaping development processes
- Diploma in nursing HF / FH (DN II, AKP or SRK-recognized diploma)
- further training as RAI Supervisor 1 and 2 or willingness to complete it
- solid experience in the application of RAI/RUG or willingness to acquire this knowledge
- very good oral and written German skills
- responsible, team-oriented, and proactive personality with a high quality mindset
- varied activity with scope for design in an open-minded team
- careful induction and support by an internal support team
- about 2 (office) days/week to manage the nursing process
- participation in interdisciplinary specialist groups, including palliative care, dementia, integrative validation
