The tilia Foundation for Long-Term Care is the leading provider of complex long-term care in the Bern region. At five locations, we support people from the age of 18 who depend on care and support. Our offerings include inpatient long-term residential areas, specialized departments for people with dementia and respiratory diseases, as well as neurological and bariatric long-term care, complemented by outpatient services. • main responsibility for the nursing process and case management in the residential area
• promotion and support of nursing staff regarding the nursing process
• ensuring the flawless use of RAI/RUG
• implementation of the nursing process and participation in direct care

• passion for long-term care and joy in shaping development processes
• Diploma in nursing HF / FH (DN II, AKP or SRK-recognized diploma)
• further training as RAI Supervisor 1 and 2 or willingness to complete it
• solid experience in the application of RAI/RUG or willingness to acquire this knowledge
• very good oral and written German skills
• responsible, team-oriented, and proactive personality with a high quality mindset

• about 2 (office) days/week to manage the nursing process
