HR Administrator (m/f/d)
Every club is only as good as its employees. As an HR administrator, you hold the reins in the personnel area for all colleagues. From the application process through onboarding to further development within the team, you are the contact person for the ROBINS. You take care of contract creation, payroll, as well as the trainees in the club and coordinate the personnel deployment optimally. In doing so, you prepare a wonderful stay for the guests.
You should bring yourself and the following:
• commercial training, ideally in tourism, service industry, or hospitality
• initial professional experience in personnel and/or training
• very good knowledge of labor law
• confident handling of MS Office, MS Teams
• open, confident, and communicative demeanor
