Apprenticeship ICT Specialist EFZ w/m/d 100%

• You will complete the 3-year apprenticeship as an ICT Specialist EFZ
• You will work in the IT department, among other things in the varied ICT support, where you can indulge your interest in hardware and software and creative problem solving is required.
• You will be accompanied by motivated and experienced trainers and practical instructors.
• In this training, you can gain knowledge and in-depth practice in commissioning and managing ICT user devices and learn service-oriented interaction with customers and their needs while supporting users.

• Good to very good school results (secondary level with good grades in mathematics)
• Very good oral and written communication skills
• Great interest in hardware and software
• Enjoyment in dealing with people (internal and external customers)
• Quick comprehension and networked thinking

• A solid three-year basic ICT education with a high practical relevance, optimally complemented by theory at vocational school and inter-company courses (ÜK)
