In our exchange programs, we offer orientation at eye level through direct peer exchanges, expert knowledge, and vibrant online and offline communities. With our new technology-based matching system, we take peer exchange and networking to the next level. As a driving force at the interface of empathy and innovation, you are responsible for the further development of our offerings and create truly new perspectives.
For the expansion of these solutions, we are looking for a:
Head of Peer Programs and Community 80-100% (m/f/d)
Your mission:
- Strategic & operational management: You continuously manage and develop our peer programs as well as the community.
- Team leadership & impact: You lead a motivated team and ensure program success through precise impact reporting.
- Networking & marketing: You acquire strategic partners (NGOs, foundations) and actively market the programs to attract new peers.
- Interface & IT: You coordinate collaboration with IT and communications for technological advancement (peer matching).
- International cooperation: You work closely with our partner countries (currently Germany, Ukraine, and Morocco) and ensure knowledge transfer as well as quality standards.
Your profile:
- Expertise: Several years of experience in community building, partner management, or strategic marketing.
- Mindset: Entrepreneurial networker personality with marketing flair, hands-on mentality, and international drive.
- Education: University degree (or equivalent) in business, marketing, social sciences, or similar.
- Languages: Perfect German and excellent English. Knowledge of Russian, Ukrainian, Arabic, or French is a plus.
- Passion: Strong affinity for inclusion and technology as well as a solution-oriented working style with a lot of initiative.
