Customer and Quality Manager for the PLEXUS-Health platform
The PLEXUS-Health (PLX) platform, based in Bussigny, is looking for a customer and quality manager at a work rate between 80% and 100% (fixed-term contract).
The position is to be filled from 01.03.2026, or as agreed, for a duration of about 24 months.
Context
The Lausanne University Hospital (CHUV) is one of the 5 Swiss university hospitals and one of the best in the world according to the 2025 ranking by Newsweek magazine. Thanks to its collaboration with the Faculty of Biology and Medicine of the University of Lausanne and EPFL, CHUV plays a leading and European-scale role in medical care, medical research, and education.
The Hospital Logistics Department (LOH) is tasked with ensuring that care, teaching, and research units can fully focus on their core business by providing and developing efficient logistical operating services (disinfection and maintenance, patient transfers, sterilization, catering, goods transport, stock management, etc.).
The joint Vaud-Geneva logistics platform PLEXUS-Health (PLX) brings together the central warehouse activities of CHUV and HUG at the Bussigny logistics site. Its primary mission is to efficiently supply high-turnover medical and non-medical consumables to the two hospitals. It also provides its expertise to the hospital distribution chain (computerization, automation).
Mission
- You manage and develop customer relationships to ensure their long-term satisfaction
- You collect customer requests and ensure their processing within the given deadlines
- You resolve incidents in collaboration with internal and external teams through a quality approach
- You undertake initiatives with customers to improve satisfaction and the platform's image
- You conduct preventive exercises within the quality management system (traceability, sampling...)
- You feed the unit's performance indicators and lead customer reviews and visits
- You manage and analyze quality non-conformities in collaboration with various stakeholders
- You contribute to maintaining good practices, notably through quality controls/audits on products and processes
- You provide support to procurement managers in case of absence or overload.
Profile
- You hold a CFC as a logistician or commercial employee or an equivalent qualification
- You have 2 years of professional experience in an administrative role including customer service
- You have training or certification in quality (Lean, Six Sigma...)
- You have 2 years of professional experience in quality control in industry (medical or pharmaceutical, an asset)
- You have good knowledge of using an ERP (sales module or equivalent)
- You master common office tools, especially Excel (tables, filters, basic functions),
- You have a good sense of organization and priority management
- You possess excellent interpersonal skills and a very good team spirit.
