Health Specialist EFZ Psychiatry 40-80%
Our psychiatric team consists of 6 members and
- is responsible for outpatient care in our catchment area
- plans and organizes the core business independently
- can individually arrange working hours
- has no supervisors, but rotating tasks and roles within the team.
- selects new colleagues themselves
- is based on freedom combined with self-responsibility
Your task
- As a psychiatric specialist, you take over the care, nursing, and preventive support in the field of psychiatry for our clients at home.
- You carry out medically prescribed measures and document the nursing process.
- You conduct supportive conversations and assist clients with daily activities such as household and shopping.
- You provide basic care services according to KVG.
Your profile
- Training as a FAGE with a focus on psychiatry
- Professional experience in the field of psychiatry
- High social and professional competence
- You like to take responsibility
