Examination of requirements regarding feasibility, complexity, and impact on existing or planned systems, standards, and guidelines.

Planning, evaluation, and development of the API/automation backbone.

Design and further development of the cloud service catalog.

Development of the necessary interfaces to connect the service portal as well as integration options for developer teams.

Definition of suitable methods, techniques, standards, and tools for the operation of the system and its interfaces.

Implementation, configuration, testing, and introduction of the concepts.

Determination of key parameters and escalation procedures for the service level description.

Handover of the systems into productive operation.

Maintenance of documentation and system overviews.

Analysis of disruptions and error conditions as well as initiation of appropriate measures.

Active participation in planning and collaboration in the SCRUM team.

Very good JAVA skills (mandatory).

Cloud service provider mentality / "Everything as a Service".

Experience in design and system architecture, understanding of complex system landscapes.

Knowledge of the Open Service Broker API.

Experience in developing APIs according to the OpenAPI specification.

Very good knowledge in handling HTTP interfaces, JSON, XML.

Very good knowledge in at least one language: PHP, Python, or PowerShell.

Solid knowledge in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.

Experience with SQL (Microsoft / PostgreSQL).

Knowledge in event-driven architectures, microservices, GO, Kafka.

Experience with agile methods: SAFe / SCRUM.

Experience with Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket.

German: very good written expression (must).

English: good written expression.
