Team Leader Assembly
for products and applications in medical technology
Your Challenge
- Technical leadership of employees in assembly
- Close cooperation with adjacent departments (production, planning, design, logistics, quality management)
- Evaluating suitable equipment, commissioning it, and initiating improvements
- Ensuring allocation and timely delivery of orders
- Creation, modification, and monitoring of the implementation of work and test instructions
- Identifying and implementing productivity increases in assembly
- Assisting in optimizing quality improvements throughout production and implementing shop floor management, 5S, continuous improvement process, LEAN
- Ensuring employee training
- Active participation as a floater in assembly during bottlenecks
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training as assembly electrician, polymechanic, automation technician, or mechatronics technician
- Further training as process specialist or similar is an advantage
- Experience in assembling electromechanical assemblies
- Experience in leading a team
- Structured, responsible, and independent working style
- Friendly and confident demeanor
- Confident handling of Microsoft Office and ERP experience
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form; English is an advantage
