For our dedicated team at the Embrach Care Center, we are looking for you as a Dipl. Nurse for our dementia department 80-100% (limited to 6 months). In this role, you take on an important responsibility for the person-centered care and support of our residents and contribute significantly to a smooth daily routine. • Process responsible for person-centered care and support of our residents
• Responsible as day manager for a smooth daily business process
• Active participation in project and specialist groups of the KZU
• Recording and active action in complex, rapidly changing situations
• Interprofessional collaboration especially with therapy staff and our in-house medical service
• Enjoyment of medical-technical tasks

• Completed professional training as a nurse HF/FH or an equivalent foreign diploma recognized by the SRK
• Professional experience and enjoyment in working with people with dementia
• Motivation and ability to commit to an advanced and innovative understanding of care
• Knowledge of Kinaesthetics, Integrative Validation, Basal Stimulation
• Organizational talent who keeps a cool head even in hectic situations
• Open communication and feedback culture

The KZU, with its two in-house daycares, operates two care centers in Bassersdorf and Embrach as well as three care apartments in Nürensdorf and Winkel. It primarily offers a home to elderly, care-dependent people and, in addition to various specialized services, a wide range of outpatient services. The KZU employs around 600 staff, including 75 apprentices and students in 17 different professional groups.
