Child Educator or ASE between 70% and 90%

The Pouponnière and Abri Foundation aims to work for children and especially young children and their families, notably by welcoming them within its nine institutions: five child life centers (CVE), two emergency reception boarding schools, the mother-child educational reception (AEME), the meeting space service unit (UPER).

To complete our team at CVE Les Falaises, in Lausanne, we are looking for a:

Missions and responsibilities

• Ensure quality supervision of young children welcomed, aged 18 months to 3 years, guaranteeing their well-being and safety
• Participate in the development of the educational project and ensure its implementation
• Collaborate with families and external services

Profile sought

• Hold a qualification as an ES / HES educator or ASE
• Experience in managing a group of children
• Ability to develop reflective action on one’s activity and to assume one’s role in an engaged and autonomous manner
• Aptitude to adapt to family, cultural, and social realities
