Job Description
Mission:
The manufacturing operator is capable of running a chemical and technological process or part of a process under normal operation with close supervision.
He/She has limited freedom to deviate from established procedures.
He/She knows and respects the standards, guidelines, and procedures related to their activities.
Responsibilities:
- Ensures the optimal operation of technical installations and actively proposes improvements.
- Monitors, identifies, and manages deviations and anomalies, anticipating them if possible; adds technical value by proposing solutions.
- Organizes technical interventions with mechanics, electricians, and external companies during maintenance work. • Ensures that all professional partners work towards the same goal while respecting optimal safety conditions.
- Shares knowledge with all team members to develop more skills in process operation.
- Participates in sector projects (industrialization of new active substances/scale-up from pilot scale to industrial scale, capacity increase, HSE and sustenance projects) and provides technical expert insight in this context.
Qualifications
- Possession of a Federal VET Diploma (CFC), preferably technical, or considered equivalent
- Manufacturing operator without professional experience or training, or with only a low level of training or experience in the field.
- Must acquire the necessary know-how to use equipment and machines
- Knows HSEQ standards, relevant IT systems, and work processes
