The Delafontaine Foundation is a private, non-profit institution, subsidized by two departments of the State of Vaud. It welcomes on an outpatient basis people with intellectual developmental disorders, from 4 years old up to retirement age. It consists of two sectors: the sector, which includes five structures offering specialized education or training to more than 150 students. The, which offers more than 100 adapted work positions as well as day center support for adults with disabilities, presenting intellectual disabilities and associated disorders.

The Foundation has more than 240 collaborators working in the fields of specialized education, socio-educational support for students, adult support, therapeutic services, as well as in administrative, technical, maintenance, and catering sectors.

YOU WILL BE ESSENTIAL FOR
▪ Producing, preparing, plating, and assisting in the distribution of hot and cold dishes
▪ Preparing some basic recipes, fruits and vegetables (selection, washing, peeling, cutting)
▪ Assisting in canteen service and respecting defined quantities
▪ Knowing and applying the guidelines for the use of kitchen tools, machines, and appliances
▪ Respecting and maintaining equipment
▪ Maintaining, cleaning, and disinfecting equipment, dishes, and kitchen premises
▪ Other tasks specific to the function as needed and delegated
▪ And more!
