Job Description

What does your workday look like ...

• As a born host, you are responsible for the smooth operation at the bar
• You create the staffing plan, lead the team, and support your colleagues in their development
• You ensure correct billing and clean administrative processes
• You take responsibility for your budget and develop the bar entrepreneurially
• You are a competent and open-minded contact person for the highballers
• You assist your colleagues with an infectious smile when all guests storm the bar at once and want a drink
• You keep your cool even with spontaneous changes in plans

Qualifications

• You have gained leadership experience in a bar and speak fluent German and English
• You can inspire your colleagues just as much as your guests
• You are passionate about the bar scene and bar culture and enjoy discovering new concepts
• You are a doer – and openly admit when you have made a mistake
