Your Tasks
- Support and develop existing wealthy private clients
- Systematically explore customer needs, taking into account individual wishes, goals, and life situations, if necessary in collaboration with internal specialists
- Build trust and secure assets during generational change
- Proactive sales of standardized products and services in the areas of investments, real estate financing, pension, and payment transactions
- Fulfill demanding representation tasks and participate in customer events
- Participate in internal projects
- Opportunity to take on training activities or a specialist role in the areas of financing, investing, or pension planning
Your Profile
- Banking training (or equivalent education) as well as appropriate further education (HF, FH, etc.)
- Extensive experience in serving wealthy private clients and very good financing knowledge
- Team player and willingness to go the extra mile to achieve ambitious team growth goals
- Empathy, authenticity, and emotional intelligence for an emotional customer experience in all life situations
- Affinity and enjoyment in using digital technologies in the consulting process
- Openness and willingness to change
