Your Tasks
- You support the ward manager in the management and organization of the ward
- Together with the ward manager, you are responsible for personnel planning and development
- Ensuring nursing and process quality with the associated measures
- Cooperative collaboration with all professional groups involved in the treatment process
- Economic thinking and acting
Your Profile
- Completed training as a health and nursing professional (m/f/d) or geriatric nurse (m/f/d)
- Further training to become a ward manager or willingness to complete it
- You are responsible and enjoy working independently in a multiprofessional team
- Flexibility and commitment are a matter of course for you
- You possess strong communication skills as well as excellent manners
