• You take over the application responsibility for our internal core systems: Microsoft Dynamics CRM, M365, and Business Central.
• You ensure the operational technical operation and are the first contact person for technical as well as, if necessary, process-related inquiries regarding these platforms.
• You develop new requirements and processes together with the specialist departments and ensure the optimal technical implementation in our systems.
• You take over the technical development (including Azure DevOps Pipeline) and support of Dynamics CRM, including interfaces and data flows (API queries from third-party applications and Entra App registrations).
• You actively shape the digitization and automation of our internal processes, also with the help of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Dataverse).
• You work closely with external partners and internal stakeholders to ensure operation and further development.

• Several years of experience in the development and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM as well as Business Central.
• Knowledge in handling Power BI and interest in data-based decision-making foundations.
• Enjoy working with various specialist departments and a good understanding of business processes.
• Analytical thinking skills, independent and structured way of working.
• Good communication skills, high service and quality orientation.
• Very good German skills (native language), good English skills are an advantage.
